"If you are expecting traditional snickerdoodles with this recipe, you will likely be disappointed. I mixed two batches, following the recipe TO THE LETTER, and neither came out with the crunchy-on-the-outside-chewy-on-the-inside texture I grew up with. That said, they are still a delicious cookie, but the texture is light and airy - almost cake-like. Great for dunking."

If you are expecting traditional snickerdoodles with this recipe, you will likely be disappointed.
