"Made these with crushed pecans instead of walnuts, excellent flavor but not the easiest to form into balls. "

"Even though I made a few mistakes with the herbs, this turned out wonderful. Meat was flavorful and tender. Got rave reviews from the family. "

"The soup was delicious, but I had to make a few adjustments. The onions were definitely not browning in 35 minutes, I ended up taking them out of the crock pot and caramelizing them on the stove. I took fresh French bread, cut into 1 inch slices, brushed them with olive oil, and put in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to get them crispy. Definitely worth the time and effort, the flavor is delicious"
