"I have made this salad for years and it always gets rave reviews, even from my mother, the critic. What I like best about it is you can prepare each part well in advance of serving it and store it until ready to serve. I store the torn greens in a large zip lock and use that to toss the ingredients when ready to serve."

I have made this salad for years and it always gets rave reviews, even from my mother, the critic. What I like best about it is you can prepare each part well in advance of serving it and store it until ready to serve.
