"I thought it had wonderful flavor and I loved it! I'll cook it less time than the recipe the next time I make it. I added the pecans only on one side since my family don't care for nuts. The toasted nuts add so much flavor to it. My husband didn't brag on the dish at all. He prefers regular apple pie. I'll make it again though and I think it will be great to take to pot luck dinners. "

"I took this to a church dinner and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe! It's very yummy! Be sure and spread the topping quickly while it's warm or it will be hard to spread. Also, to get that darker chocolate color it needs less of the whipping cream. "
