Mac and Beer Cheese Cups
"I was so excited to make these but ended up eating 2 and throwing the rest away. My home made mac and cheese is better than this so ill stick to that maybe ill put them in the cups if we ever have a party. "

Southwestern Beer-Batter Fish with Green Chile Tartar Sauce
"Oh wow these were really really good! I think i used talapia fillets (about 5/1 lb)...not positive. I would probably use a different type of fish just because it was a bit fishy tasting for me but my boyfriend loved it. The batter was very yummy. I didnt make the dipping sauce just dipped in ketchup and sprinkled with lemon juice. These however are no good as leftovers."

"These turned out very good! I used red potatoes so they were a bit small, i also sprinkled parmesan cheese on top for some extra flavor. I used olive oil because thats all i had and that worked well. "

Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings
Rating:
I made this because my boyfriend loves stews. The chicken I used was left over from the night before when i made a whole chicken so its a great way to make use of left overs! It was my first time making dumplings... they turned out pretty good but ended up being HUGE!!!! They blow up about 5x the size of the batter spoonfull!! So because they were so big it made the stew very filling almost too filling so i just suggest putting in small spoonfulls of the bisquick mixture into the stew otherwise delicious! You should double it even for just two people. :)
