"Delicious. I made a few changes, I used Trader Jo's plum tomatoes because that is what I had. I probably seasoned the chicken more than suggested because I use a mix I make of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in equal portions, but on the whole, it was wonderful. thanx"
