"Always a hit in my house, as well, easy and quick. I also use ground chicken or turkey when I'm in a hurry, with either the soft or hard tacos, usually get the combination package, and use a variety of toppings, shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions and black olives, shredded lettuce and a spoonful of sour cream. I serve this with refried beans topped with melted cheese and packaged flavored rice, Mexican, Taco, Spanish or my new favorite, Knorr Southwestern, which contains both beans and corn. An easy and satisyfing meal which appeals to everyone. So easy and much better than take-out! Thanks! :-)"

"This is so easy and a quick and favorite meal in my house, a great way to use leftover chicken. My SO loves it and he's a very picky eater, but this contains everything he likes! I often make two, since likes the mixed vegs, peas, carrots, green beans and corn, and I prefer broccoli (I hate peas and he hates broccoli, LOL.)and it's even better with fresh, steamed broccoli and I buy organic frozen vegs. This is SO much better than tasteless frozen pot pies, heats well as leftovers, easy to substitute ingredients that you like, and I'm planning to try some of the variations suggested by other reviewers. Thanks! :-)"

"I've never made pancakes before, but my SO enjoys them, so I followed the instructions on the Bisquick box (halved the recipe, since I was just making them for him) and they came out perfectly! A couple were a little messy, since I made them too big, LOL, but they still tasted great! I served them with butter and real maple syrup, sausage on the side, and this was a great weekend breakfast alternative to the usual eggs and bacon. I'll definitely be making these regularly from now on... :-)"
