Slow-Cooker French Onion Soup
I decided to try the version where the onions were caramelized overnight in the crockpot. I ended up with very blackened and burnt onions. I think I will try this again but use only the low heat and less time. Evidently my crockkpot runs on the hot side. Something to consider if anyone else tries this method.

This recipe was excellent, I made it just as stated only using fresh herbs instead of the dried. Cooked it for 5 hours and it was perfect. Beware though, it makes enough for a small army.

Super-Moist Pork Chops
I make these often and sometimes with the following changes: adding a little white wine and cooking the sauce down, also adding a little sage. Yummy
