"This was pretty tasty and I especially enjoyed the use of fresh apple. The chicken came out dry so some modifications to improve this recipe would be to flatten the breasts before cooking, to help retain moisture. Also adding some white whine or a blush to the chicken while baking goes nicely with the apples and cranberry flavors and would also help retain the moisture.."

"These were so delicious! One modification to improve is to make the filling from scratch. I used a mix of granny smith and jonagold apples (nice and tart :)) and cooked them on the stove with allspice, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon for about 10miins, till they were soft. All my friends and family loved them. This recipe is definitely a keeper and will impress!"
