Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars
These were so delicious! One modification to improve is to make the filling from scratch. I used a mix of granny smith and jonagold apples (nice and tart :)) and cooked them on the stove with allspice, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon for about 10miins, till they were soft. All my friends and family loved them. This recipe is definitely a keeper and will impress!
