"Made this for supper tonight and found it delightful. The sweet crispness of the pea pods, the crunch of the almonds, and the tang of the lemon was great. I have used Suddenly Salad as a base for many great salads. However, in the recipe as printed, I believe there was an omission. Shouldn't the pasta be added to the mix somewhere? Just sayin'. Thanks for another great time-saving recipe."

"Have been searching for a recipe for baked, crispy chicken tenders for a while and have tried quite a few. After watching the video for this recipe, I decided to give it a try. Couldn't really figure out why the procedure called for adding some of the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. As it turned out, this is a big mistake. Came out with nothing but a big, gooey mess and more than half of the chicken tenders were bare-naked! And I, too, couldn't see where the sugar came into play. Won't be putting this recipe into my recipe book. Sorry."
