"I respectfully don't agree with these reviews (sorry). I was expecting great flavor, but was disappointed. To be honest, after taking a few bites, I didn't think this was worth the calories. And while I think the muffin cup idea is great, it ended up being sort of a pain in retrospect considering the result. Just not that enjoyable to eat. Wish I had made a make-ahead egg casserole. "

"These came out great. After reading the other reviews though, I would recommend following the recipe to the letter. Also, make sure you press the dough out evenly so that it's the same thickness on the edges as in the middle. I rolled mine into a log shape first to get the approximate length I needed and then flattened to the size it called for."
