Slow-Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup
Really liked ths soup. Very easy to make and very hearty. Only thing I would change is possibly the celery- I thought it was fine but think it was kind of an odd choice for this soup. Has anyone tried it omitting the celery or perhaps switching to broccoli? Would recommend this soup... great for those cold days!

Chicken and Noodles Skillet
Thought this was really easy and tasted really good- however I would probably experiment with some spices and things because I felt like it needed a little "zing". Tasted like those bagged meals but much fresher and healthier. Was a hit, will keep this one in the rotation!

Raspberry Mousse Brownies
VERY GOOD!! Brought this to a 4th of July bbq and everyone loved it- even the picky kids! People were coming up for 2nds and even 3rds! Nice twist on the traditional- but as other reviews say, it is VERY rich!! Very easy to make, only complaint is that I had trouble finding raspberry chips so I used raspberry preserves and it still worked out great!! Everyone keeps asking me for this recipe- would recommend to chocolate lovers!! :)

Lumpy Pan Pizza
AWESOME!! I get begged to make this all the time so I have to keep these ingredients on hand all the time. Super easy and such a crowd pleaser! Like some of the other reviewers, I also make it in a 13x9 pan and double the ingredients bc everyone loves it so much, but I have found that it heats up fine. Yum I think I'm going to make it again 2night now!

Love these!! Super easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. Had never made them this way before, but I think I like these better than any other recipes I have tried. Wasn't real sure about the red peppers at first, but they really added something extra to it... yum will make again and again!!
