"Even my non-GF co-workers devoured these cookies. I thought the texture was a bit grainy, but I'd never had cookies made from Bisquick before either. Definitely will make again."

"I thought these were great, but definitely very rich!!! I made them the today before they were served and the cookie crumbs on top got a bit soggy. When I make again I will probably add them a few hours before serving (hopefully they will still stick to the filling layer). I used Simply Jiff peanut butter and reduced fat cream cheese to try to make it a bit "healthier". Has anyone tried substituting applesauce for butter in the cookie mix? I also wonder if you could reduce the amount of butter used in the chocolate layer???"

"This was my first time to use the GF Chocolate Chip Cookie mix. Very pleased with the results. I substituted pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and only got 31 cookies out of the mix."
