Raspberry Poke Cake
"This is one of the best cakes I have ever made! The Jello keeps the cake so moist and light. I took the suggestion in the recipe and made my own whipped cream because my family does not care for whipped topping. Fabulous! I will make this again and again."

California Citrus Broccoli Slaw
"So Good! This slaw is light and refreshing. It is a nice departure from the normal mayo based slaw recipes. It is is best if you let the slaw sit for a while, and it even tastes good the next day!"

Honey-Almond Green Beans
"These beans were fantastic! I served them on Thanksgiving as a lighter side dish and my whole family loved them. The flavor was delicious with just the right amount of butter and sweet honey. I will be making these again."

Great recipe! I substituted ground turkey for the beef and the dish tasted great. Plenty of leftover for the next day!

Great for a cold winter night. Tastes great. Rich and creamy, but not all that bad for you because fat free evaporated milk is used.
