"This recipe was excellent. I made it one night as an experiment and my boyfriend and I liked it so much that we eat it once a week. We put some black beans next to it and it makes for a quick, healthy, filling, delicious dinner. "

"Let me start by saying I love chicken, I love vegetables and I love couscous; however, I did not like this recipe. It looked and smelled really good, but it tasted SO bland. I tried adding garlic salt to spice it up, a bit more Parmesan but nothing made it flavorful. I even cooked the couscous with chicken broth instead of water. Both my boyfriend and I agreed that we won't be making this one again. "

"So good! Super easy to make and it didn't take me 55 minutes, more like 40 minutes. I added about a quarter tsp. of black pepper and a about one tblsp. of italian seasoning. I think next time I will add a bit more eggplant and use two small zucchini instead of one medium for more crunch. Other than that, perfect. Healthy, filling, delicious dinner. "

"Great recipe. My local market was out of stock of the Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix so I substituted with a generic brand mix, it worked just was well. I also decreased the cocoa to 1/4 cup and cooked them for exactly 8 minutes in my convection oven after treading the reviews. They turned out amazing! My sister and I ate way too many because they were so good. I would advise to go easy on the frosting, it's very sweet and can overwhelm the flavor of the cookie. "

"I thought this recipe would be amazing, and it wasn't bad but I found it a little boring. I felt like it needed something, maybe some pesto or other light sauce. My boyfriend felt the same way and he is a big fan of italian sausage. "

Good recipe but it needed some tweaking to make it perfect. I added parmesan cheese to the cheddar cheese (about half a cup shredded) and before I put it in to bake I put a sprinkle of nutmeg over the whole dish. Just before I served each plate I added a sprinkle more pepper and nutmeg. It was a huge hit!

LOVE IT!! I made it this last Thanksgiving and when Christmas came my inlaws called to make sure I was making turkey even though we weren't hosting. It has been unanimously decided that I need to make this turkey every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wow, what a winner!

This recipe is fantastic! So easy to make and very delicious. I made it for dinner for my boyfriend and I tonight because I didn't have a lot of time, it does not taste like a 30 minute dinner, it was so good we ate all of it. Next time I think I will use one chicken breast instead of two and add fresh mushrooms. I can't think of anything else to make this recipe better.
