Gluten Free Banana Cupcakes with Browned Butter Frosting I was very excited to makes these cupcakes. I seen other people using a browned butter frosting and when I saw it combined with banana, I was sold. However, after tasting them, I was very disappointed. They were very dry and the odd taste of the icing was a bit off-putting. Definitely will not be making these again. But hey, nothing ventured nothing gained. Even negative results can be useful.
