5-Minute Creamy Fruit Dip
"This is so good! I make alot of dips for fruit and I never thought to put the marshmallow creme with the cream cheese. It was a really big hit when I served it with mixed fruits as part of dessert on Easter Sunday. Could have made double batch!"

Bacon-Pepper Mac and Cheese
"This is a great idea. My husband and I really liked this alot. We used smoked cheddar cheese instead of regular cheddar. I also used a couple extra pieces of bacon. This is a better than average mac-n-cheese. Hope everyone who tries it enjoys it as much as we do."

Salted Dulce de Leche Swirl Brownies
"A little labor intensive but WORTH IT!!!! They are delicious. They also make a great gift, you know, thanks for getting my mail, watching my dog etc... I can eat the whole batch myself. Will be making these every time I want a treat or a great way to end a special meal. Also great for the holidays. I definately recommend this to any sweets lover!!!!"

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies
"These are very good. Easy to make and great for a crowd. I added 1/2 teaspoon ginger to the recipe and they were a big hit. By the end of the night there were none left. Going to make them again over Thanksgiving. I do recommend this recipe. ENJOY!"

Chicken and Spinach Tortellini Soup
Rating:
This is very easy to make when time is limited. Very filling and warming. The pesto makes a great garnish and the already shredded carrots are much easier and just as good. Made it for lunch with homemade garlic bread and will be making it again and often. Great for a crowd too.

This is really good. I used 1 tablespoon of chives instead of 2 and I used bell pepper instead of carrots. Very tastey and travels easy too. Was very popular everyplace I took it.

Watermelon Lemonade
Rating:
I made 2 pitchers for a rooftop pot luck party and I should have made more. Everyone really liked the flavor and agreed it is very refreshing. I only used 3/4 cup of sugar too because I felt the watermelon was sweet enough. Never missed the left out sugar. Definately recommend this.
