"This was wonderful. I took some of the juice from the pot and made a gravy. The apple juice gave the sweet potatoes a wonderful flavor. The thyme went well with the flavors going on as well. Will definately make again."

"This was a recipe that was a keeper. My family loved it and requested I make it again. I made it exactly like it said and was very pleased. I will say though, it was mild in the spice area, and that pleased my kids. So if you want some heat in your dish you will need to add it. I think that would be good too. "
