Make-Ahead Turkey Tetrazzini
This is our family turkey terazzini recipe also. I usually use turkey broth and the leftover meat from Thanksgiving, or we boil thighs and drumsticks when on sale. I don't usually add the parsley and I ALWAYS use the sherry. It gives such a great flavor. Also, I've NEVER refrigerated it. It's a great, cozy recipe and really makes me look forward to cool weather!
