I love muffins as a quick healthy breakfast. I found this recipe very good. I tried half the recipe as is and half the recipe with 1/2 cup more yogurt. I also used splenda brown sugar, I am always looking for a way to reduce calories. Both are very good with the second half of additional yogurt more moist. I personally will be making these with the added yogurt, they rise more, are moist and look like a store bought muffin. I love that this recipe is so healthy with whole wheat flour, oatmeal and blueberries. Your family will love these with no need to tell them how halthy they are!
