"This was a wonderful recipe. We had plenty for leftovers the next day which was even better because it was definitely better the next day and I did not have to cook a second day in a row. Roast had a wonderful flavor and was very tender. FYI...I think the nutritional facts do not include the french rolls. "

"This was a great recipe. My husband and I loved it. We had it with mash potatoes and a good salad. It was a wonderful meal. I had to cook in a 6 quart crock pot as that is what I have...and it cooked really fast at the 10 hour setting. Not sure if this is due to the bigger crock pot??? but it was definitely ready at 8 hours and I turned it to the warm setting for the rest of the time until ready to serve."

"My family enjoyed this recipe. The only thing different I did was I used a whole grain wheat pasta and it was still fabulous. I see many suggestions for kidney beans in the other reviews and I agree that would be a great addition. My husband and I are currently both doing weight watchers and this was a wonderful low point recipe. We had it as a side to a very big grilled chicken salad. It was a wonderful meal. We saved leftovers and had the following day and it was just as good the second day. NO COMPLAINTS! "
