Oh my yummy! This was so incredibly good and EASY! I love the idea of using the cookie mix - everything is already pre-mixed and measured! That's why it's a 3-INGREDIENT recipe! I made it tonight for dinner and had it mixed and in the oven in about 3 minutes! It cooked while we ate dinner and then I served it with a little vanilla ice cream. It was a BIG hit with my kids (ages 6 and 3) and my husband! I will make this all the time! THANK YOU to whomever created this recipe!!

Slow-Cooker Barbecued Ribs
Three words...OH-SO-TENDER!!! These ribs absolutely rock! My husband always orders ribs when we go out to eat - and he LOVED this recipe! I had to log on again tonight to actually print the recipe because we're making them again tomorrow night! Yummy yummy!!

Speedway Pasta Salad
Disappointing. No flavor - and the ones that are in there don't mesh well. I won't make this again.

Strawberries and Cream Dessert Squares
THIS RECIPE ROCKS!! I always get rave reviews when I make this! It looks so fresh and fancy. Sometimes I add blueberries to add a little color variety. That would be great for a July 4th dish - very patriotic!! YUMMY!!!

Chicken Soup and Easy Dumplings
These dumplings are awesome!! Even better - they are SUPER easy! For a little thicker sauce, more like traditional chicken and dumplings, use a little cornstarch mixed with cold water to thicken.

Gazpacho Pasta Salad
I made this last weekend for a family reunion and was extremely disappointed! Apparently I wasn''t the only one because I took a lot of it home with me. I even doubled the sauce like another user indicated and it still was very mediocre. It would have been better with just plain old italian dressing on it instead of the vinaigrette that is called for in the recipe. I won''t make this again.
