"Made this tonight...was a HUGE hit with my family. I agree with luv2bake11, it is a cake and NOT a bar. Really good flavor and texture, very moist. As for the Cream Cheese Frosting, there must be a typo. You definitely need an entire package of Cream Cheese, we used the 1/3 less Fat one...no difference in taste, but helps on the calories and fat. The recipie calls for 3 ounces, but the package is 8 ounces. I checked with several of the other Pumpkin Bar recipies and they all call for 3 oz. Use the whole package, you won't be sorry, super creamy and full of flavor is the frosting that way!"
