Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie Delicious and easy to make! Ingredients are probably in your kitchen anyway - this is a great dish for busy families or to share at potluck. I have tried it also with ground turkey, and added some green chili peppers (diced) and substitute some of the cheddar cheese with monterey jack, pepper-jack or provolone cheese. My husband and family love it!
