Frozen Chocolate-Raspberry Pie
This was such an easy, but great dessert. It was gobbled up, and I recieved loads of compliments!
I made my own oreo crust the night before, which was fast with no thought to it.
It was a great dessert for the summer, and for any type of gathering. Just make sure it doesn't melt on you!

Tortellini Minestrone Casserole
This turned out really good, but I did make some changes. I used a 13 by 9 dish and it was filled to the top. Instead of 1 package of tortellini I used 2. Replacing the mixed vegetable bag I used fresh veggies; 2-3 regular sized carrots, 2 zucchinis, 4 cerely sticks, 3 mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic. I also added Italian Sausage(thanks to comment below). I used 1 can of tomatoes, 1 can of sauce, and the water, just like in the recipe. I ended up cooking it an additional twenty mintues covered(go by how you feel)since it was more food. It was at this point that I added a jar of spaghetti sauce over the top and than covered with about a bag and a half of preshredded parmesan cheese; than cooked another twenty mintues uncovered.
Just by adding some extra things I thought that would make it better, it ended up being really tasty! Just go with how it looks and what you think it needs.

Beef and Vegetable Stroganoff-Topped Potato
This was very delicious dinner, and perfect for a cold day. I doubled the recipe to serve the whole family and also cooked up a batch of fresh green beans as a side dish and it completed the meal!

Pesto Turkey and Pasta
Really good, the family enjoyed it very much. My family isn't much for different flavors like pestos but they loved it. I recommend this for anyone looking for easy recipe and for few ingredients to find. But I would make sure to have the recipe for a basil pesto befor going to the store and to make the pesto first then make the rest of the recipe.
