Overnight Egg-Sausage Bake
Excellent, easy!I made it also with link breakfast sausage, which I just browned well whole (lazy me) and layered in the bottom of the dish. Both ways were great but the whole sausage makes a classier presentation when serving buffet style! Sprinkled very thin slices of green onion or chopped parsley over top just before serving.I knife mark along length of sausage so everyone gets one or two whole sausage. (Really busy, buy already browned cooked link sausage.) This is a keeper!
