"First, I HATE frozen spinach, but after reading the reviews, I decided to try this with a few changes. I doubled up on the garlic, used just over a cup of yellow onions instead of green and used ricotta cheese. I added some seasoned salt and crushed red pepper to the spinach. I didn't use lemon juice. After it was cooked, I tried it "as is", not bad but I ended up topping it with pasta sauce. Quite good. Oddly, it doesn't taste bad topped off with ketchup either. (I like to experiment, lol) Overall, not a bad side dish. I probably make it again and add oregano to the spinach and top it with some pasta sauce."

"This is good in concept, but I made several changes to it. I added a can of corn, a small can of black olives, about 1/2 packet of taco seasoning, a can of Rotel, about a cup of rice, some salsa and used spinach tortillas. (You will need a bigger skillet...) Talk about a flavor explosion! I've made it several times and it's become a popular choice amongst my friends on game night. I serve it in a big bowl (or straight from the skillet) with cheese, salsa and sour cream on the side. I also keep the spinach leaves on the side instead of mixing them in. If you have left over grilled chicken, toss that in too. Yummy!"

"That was a really easy and tasty recipe. I used a spicy brown mustard and added a little more than called for. I will certainly be making this one again!"

"I liked the concept of this, but it seemed to be lacking something when I made it. I had read the reviews, used grilled chicken and extra spices, but it was still short in the flavor department. Still, it was easy and healthy. I'll certainly try it again, maybe add some salsa or something."
