"Frankly, I wouldn't advise that you make this because it's not great no matter what you change, it's good but uses a lot of eggs and has little egg flavor. I read quite a few of the other reviews before making this recipe because the preparation instructions are so sparse. I agree with many of the negative comments, but utilized them when I made this. Do whatever you can to enhance the flavor because as someone else pointed out, this is kinda bready. I used half an onion instead of green onion, mild rotel tomatoes, and I beat the eggs, added onions, peppers, sausage & rotel next, the bisquick with the salt, pepper & oregano next and half velveeta, half cheddar jack shredded cheese last. I beat all of this together instead of layering for a more even distribution. Somehow, because of all the ingredients I guess, I forgot the milk, but it came out ok anyway. Won't forget milk if I try this again, but am going to serve it with biscuit gravy to enhance flavor and combat breadyness."
