"I made this with the Heart Smart Bisquick Light and it was delish! I added cranberries to the batter. I swapped in 1/4 cup oatmeal for some of the Bisquick, and used margarine for the streusel. It's our new family favorite. I think the trick is not to over mix the batter; just moisten all ingredients well."

"To make this dessert taste even better, I subsitute 2 cups of frozen mixed berries for the crushed pineapple. I use a slightly smaller pan, and have experimented with using only 1/2 of the cake mix, which creates a thinner topping. I use light margerine to help cut the calories, which I melt only partially then stir before pouring over the cake mix. Serve with lite whipped topping. DELISH! Lighter and lower in calories and fat."
