I just made these for our Sunday morning breakfast and they were easy and delicious. I cut the recipe in half and used a six-cup muffin pan so we wouldn't be tempted to eat too many of these yummy caramel rolls. I substituted HeartSmart Bisquick and used Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter fat-free spread. I also used chopped walnuts instead of pecans. My husband agreed that this recipe is definitely a "keeper". He just about licked the remaining caramel off the serving plate. :)

Triple-Chocolate Cherry Bars
This recipe is absolutely amazing. I added a tablespoon of Amaretto to a 20 oz can of no sugar added cherry pie filling. I also used 1/2 cup of egg-beaters instead of the eggs. I decided to add about 1/3 cup chopped almonds sprinkled over the top instead of using frosting. I took it to a family dinner, and everyone raved about it! If you love chocolate, you will adore this recipe. It's especially nice because it is very easy to adapt it to your preferences. You can't go wrong with this one.
