New Orleans Praline Brownies
Killer good...very sweet though. I love Penuche and this is so like that. I actually liked it better on days 2 and 3. It is like it melded the flavors. It kept very well and the brownie stayed fresh. I did not use nuts in the brownie but definately use them in the topping! Use extra!

Katie’s Cheesecake Delights
I used strawberry jam. These were very easy indeed. With that said, I sent my family to the store for the cheesecake pudding mix and they came back with sugar-free saying that was all the store had. I do not think that is what is supposed to be used in the recipe. My cookies did spread a little so I am thinking it wasn't the best plan. They also had a slight "sugar-free" taste. All in all it is a decent cookie and I will try it again with regular pudding. Did anyone else out there use sugar-free????

Peanut Butter Cookie Candy Bars
We thought these were awesome! This is a pretty forgiving recipe...no wonder its a winner! I too put in less powdered sugar only because I ran out. I do not like peanuts much so I substituted cashew pieces. I kept mine in the fridge in Tupperware because I needed to keep them for Christmas. They got a little hard/cold but a few minutes out and they were as good as when I made them. Yummy recipe!
