"My favorite "foodie" movie is Under the Tuscan Sun. She kept cooking for the workers that were repairing her house that she bought, and they would eat these wonderful meals outside at the big long table. Sigh!"

What is your Favorite Week Night Soup?
"The chili recipe below is a really great chili. It is quick and easy too. The heat of it depends on if you use a mild spicy bean or a spicy spicy bean. Also I don't drain the chilies. You can also double it and cook it in a dutch oven or large saucepan"

"I found the neatest thing to make brownies look like gourmet brownies. It is chocolate brickle chips. You make the brownies in the cake-like fashion. So they are thick and cakey. Then you sprinkle the chocolate brickle chips over the top of the batter"
