Chicken Fingers
"These chicken fingers were not at all crispy, and they lacked flavor. The chicken tasted plain and very bland. If it weren't for the bbq sauce we dipped them in, they'd REALLY be boring. It was edible, but I won't be making it again."

Baked Chili with Cornmeal Crust
"This was very simple with lots of flavor, not to mention very economical. The only thing I found while making this is that one 14 1/2 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes is about 2 cups and is the perfect size and amount for this recipe. Also, next time I make this I will drain the diced tomatoes as I thought it left too much juice in the bottom of the casserole for my taste. It did not ruin the recipe, it's just a personal preference. Very good recipe, we enjoyed it."

This was SO good. I used this on top of a NY Cheesecake that I made because we don't like cherries. It was delicious. I gave it to my mom to try as well and she loves it! Now to top her cheesecakes she uses this instead of cherries.
