Chicken Cakes Parmigiana
I will give this a 5 rating, although I have not made it yet. Sounds delicious. I will use my own cooked boneless, skinless, chicken breast instead of a rotisserie chicken. To me, there is way too much sodium in the recipe. I know some of the sodium comes from the cheese and sauce, but for people watching their salt intake, using your own chicken would make a little more sense. Looking forward to trying this.

Classic Bisquick™ Peach Cobbler
This is a keeper!! I made a few changes. 1. Greased the dish with a SMALL amount of butter. 2. I added 1/4 "rounded" tsp. cinnamon along with the Nutmeg. 3. Used kitchen scissors and cut peaches (Free Stone) into medium-sized chunks. 4. Only used 3/4 c. sugar for the peaches. 5. Added 1/4 c. chopped Walnuts in with the peaches & sugar. For us, it was just the right amount of sweetness. There is just my Husband and I, but we sure put a big "dent" in this dessert tonight! LOL

Chicken and Three-Cheese Potato Casserole
I have not made this yet, but it sounds delicious. My only problem with this recipe is that I think it has way too much sodium, especially for those that have a water retention problem.
