Chicken in Mustard Cream Sauce Excellent dish! I loved the flavor of this mustard sauce. Not too over powering. The bacon added that little something extra. We will be having this dish again. But I will be making a few small changes. The first one being that the sauce was way too thick. I'll add more whipping cream to smooth it down. I also will use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. They are just easier to cook with in my opinion. But it was very easy to make and clean up was a breeze!

Slow Cooker Carolina Pulled-Pork Sandwiches Wonderful pork dinner for those who like Carolina style pork! I read the reviews before making and only used a cup of vinegar in the slow cooker. It was great for my taste, not overwhelming at all. I will probably try it with a cup and 1/2 next time. Another note is that it tasted better the next day. The meat absorbed even more of the juices overnight and by lunch the next day it was amazing! I will definitely be making this again
