Salsa-Shrimp Tacos
"This recipe was super easy to make and so yummy. Totally easy to make it your own way too. Just add anything you want to the salsa and shrimp. Definitely a keeper!"

Honey Nut Oven Fried Chicken
"This is a super easy recipe. The chicken was so tender and juicy after marinating in buttermilk for a few hours. I ran out of the honey nut cereal so I had to bread 2 pieces of the chicken in Crispex, which wasn't too bad. I enjoyed the sweetness of the honey nut cereal, but you can easily use plain Cornflakes, Crispex, or breadcrumbs instead. "

Oven-Fried Chicken
"This was so good and so easy to make! I dded a little garlic powder and onion salt to give it a little more taste. The skin is crispy, but the insides are still so moist and juicy. Leaves your house smelling delicious! This is definitely a recipe I will make all the time. "

Slow Cooker Lasagna
"I love slow cooker meals, and this recipe I am definitely keeping. The only change I will make next time is using ground beef instead of the italian sausage. I even bough the mild sausage, but my kids didn't really care for the spiciness. "

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Fajitas
"I make these fajitas almost on a weekly basis. They are so easy to make, and so so good. It's not too spicy so my kids have no problem eating it. They actually request it all the time.! I wouldn't change a thing about it. "

Pizza Pot Pies
Rating:
This pizza was so yummy and super eay to make! I added some pepperoni and green pepper to mine. Not only are these great for Halloween, but I use a snowflake cookie cutter and make these in the winter. For Valentines Day, I think I will use my little heart cookie cutter. Definitely recommend this recipe to everyone!

Honey-Glazed Chicken and Carrots
Rating:
This chicken dish was so good. Even my kiddos cleaned their plates. I couldn't find boneless chicken thighs, so I bought bone in, then removed the bones and cubbed the chicken into bite size pieces. The chicken cooked a little faster this way, plus it was the perfect size for my kids. The sweetness of the honey and the tender carrots were amazing!

Chocolate-Marshmallow Pillows
Rating:
These cookies were so delicious and easy to make! I just used regular chocolate chip cookie mix and they were so yummy. I bet the BC walnut chocolate chip cookie mix would be good too. The added touch of the pecans was awesome. Everyone raved about these cookies at our Chirstmas party!
