Almond, Apricot and White Chocolate Decadence Bars
I just made this recipe, and they seem to have set up well. I inadvertently used almond pastry filling (canned), and it seemed to work fine and was easy to use unlike the almond paste as others have indicated as being difficult to blend/mix.
The white chocolate topping/icing seemed too loose and never set up as firm. I would cut the cream in half, or skip it, just melting white chocolate/vanilla chips or wafers prepared with shortening so that the topping doesn't crack when cutting.
These look great in little brown liners.
