"This was very yummy. I added 1/2 cup wine and sliced mushrooms to the mix. The meat was very tender and the whole family liked it! (I also par-boiled the potatoes and carrots before adding to the crock pot to be sure they would cook through) A keeper...thanks!"

"Yum! We really liked this! Used chicken broth but will try the red wine next time... I only used half of a red chili pepper to control the heat, but it was quite mild. Try this!"

"This was so quick and tasty, but I wouldn't really say it was very "Greek" tasting. I added diced onions and peppers to the beef as it was browning, and used sour cream instead of yogurt. We ate it with a side of grilled pita bread and grilled zucchini. My kids (15 &12) loved it and licked their plates clean. Next time I will add some Greek seasoning also."

"Surprisingly this was so good! I was hesitant because the pasta actually cooks in the broth and I thought it may have turned out starchy/gloppy, but it did not. I used double the amount of broth and also added the juice from the lemon. Even my kids (15 & 12) liked it and cleaned their plates. I served this with garlic toast. Good, easy meal."
