"I made these cookies just yesterday and brought them to work. Everyone LOVED them. They are delicious and will definitely be something I will make again and again. I doubled the vanilla and cinnamon and added nutmeg and ginger like was recommended. Great cookies! "

"I made this cake for one of the ladies in my department, it was a huge hit. The cake was so moist and tasted wonderful! I was a little worried that the coffee flavor would come through, but it didn't at all. It was a little time consuming to make but worth every minute! Absolutely delicious!! "
