"These are amazing--I've made them twice for a group of less than 15 women and each time they were nearly gone by the time I got to the pan. And then I finished of the rest myself ;) One tip--do NOT try to cut these until the chocolate topping has set--I made that mistake the first time, but never again!"

"Four stars instead of five because this is the same recipe as the Pumpkin Praline Cake, only minus the praline--and that was the part that made it unbelieveably good. Still, these are excellent; very moist and full of pumpkin and spice flavor. I can't stand BC's Cream Cheese Frosting (sickly sweet--ick), and the cream cheese frosting I make for the Pumpkin Praline Cake is deliberately low on sweetness to cut the super-sweet taste of the praline. These cupcakes, though, are more like muffins--not very sweet on their own. I'd add more powdered sugar to the frosting for these. Just in case anyone is interested, here's how I make homemade cream cheese frosting: 8 oz cream cheese 4-6 TBSP butter (salted) splash of milk and vanilla extract Then add powdered sugar until the taste and texture is to your liking. Also, for pumpkin recipes, I'd add 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground cloves, & 1/4 tsp allspice to the frosting. It adds just a bit of spice, and looks very pretty."

"Another amazing cake from Betty Crocker. I make this for a birthday at my church--it disappeared unbelievably fast, and two different people even came up afterward to scrape up the crumbs for one last taste! One change: I thought this looked terribly ugly, so I got a container of Cool Whip, and frosted it with that--it looked amazing, and people said it tasted even better."

"I'm not a big fan of the sugar cookie crust--next time I'll just use a regular graham cracker crust, but otherwise, this was great, and very pretty as well."

"WOW. I've made this cake twice now, for two different church events. Both times it went incredibly quickly--very popular recipe! The only things I changed was baking it in a 9"x13" pan (I was pressed for time) and making my own cream cheese frosting (16 oz cream cheese, 8 TBSP butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and add powdered sugar to taste). Wonderful recipe; thank you Betty Crocker!"

Delicious, and fairly simple to make; the only trick is letting the chocolate frosting cool just enough it's easy to spread, but doesn't mess up the peanut butter filling underneath. Next time I make this recipe, though, I think I'll cut it in half, and bake it in a 8"x8" pan--this was too much to just have around the house--I had to toss about a quarter of the cookies because they dried out within a week.

I made these for my mom's BSF group, and they were gone by the end of the night! I used just a thin layer of frosting because these are very rich.

These were very time-consuming to make, but they were worth every second once I tried them. My dad took half the pan to work, and didn't come back with any--he said they went incredibly quick. I meant to save a dozen or two for my mom to take to BSF but we ate them up in a few days! The center filling is super sweet, but the unsweet cookie on the top and bottom offset it, and the melted chocolate chip layers means it ends up perfectly balanced. Wonderful!

Very good, even without the lemon glaze on top. They took longer to make than the recipe said, though. Closer to thirty minutes prep time, not fifteen.

My family really enjoyed these (and that was without the white chocolate on top). My mother, who isn''t as fond of sweet things, thought the dough was too sugary, so I might try a different sugar cookie recipe another time.Note: I used Welches Squeezeable Strawberry Spread- -I thought it was a lot simpler and quicker to just squeeze a dollop into the center of each cookie than dipping into a jar over and over with a spoon.
