Cheddar-Stuffed Chicken Breasts This was the most difficult cooking challenge for me. I have never flattened chicken before and to tell the truth there must have been an easier way. After all was said and done they were really good as they were. I would only recommend it if you know how to flatten chicken.

Pizza Biscuit Bake Okay so the dough was hard to spread. I just made it a little thinner and it worked great. Tastes just like pizza and the whole family loves it. I add a little extra pepperoni and sauce but thats just the family preference. Plus it makes the house smell so good!!

Southwestern Skillet Bake My husband said he would be home in an hour and wanted me to fix something because he was leaving out almost as soon as he got home. So I grabbed this recipe and in not time it was done. He turned his nose up at the sight of it but when he took the first bite he couldn''t stop. I think he ate the whole pan fuul aside from one serving. I would definetely recommend this one to everyone. No complaints!!
