Chicken Breasts with Orange Glaze
"This is a great meal. Very quick and easy. I always use chicken thighs since they are juicier and cheaper. I also double the glaze and serve this with jasmine rice and green beans. Dinner is on the table in 30 min. Yum."

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
"Yummy. My husband loves beef stroganoff but I find it to time consuming to fix during the week. This recipe is a gem. It takes less than 10 min to dump the soups and meat into the crock pot and at the end of the day the whole house smells so good. Another 10 min to boil some pasta and stir in some cream cheese and a super yummy meal with lots of leftovers is set. Thanks Betty."

Pumpkin Swirl Brownies
"Very yummy. Next time I will bake the brownies a bit longer since I like crunchy edges and theses were fully cooked but soft. They come out very pretty. I used pumpkin pie spice rather than cinnamon and nutmeg. It made it taste a bit more like pumpkin pie. Super yummy and easy."

Slow Cooker Garlic Pork Roast and Sweet Potatoes
"Awesome meal. Use the apple juice instead of the broth. Very tasty. Makes a ton so next time I will halve the recipe since it was just me and my hubby. Also the potatoes do get kinda mushy. I might add them in later or cut the up in bigger chunks. But I kinda liked the mushy potatoes the next day with the pork. It helped keep the meet moist. Easy to make and yummy."

Mint-Chocolate Brownies
"Yummy. I made these for a dinner party and they were a huge hit. I skipped the chocolate glaze since I don't own a pastry bag. They still turned out amazing. I used Andre's Creme de Menthe chips which had the perfect blend of minty and sweetness. "

Chicken Pasta Salad with Grapes and Poppy Seed Dressing
Rating:
This recipe is really quick and easy and I have served it twice at dinner parties were it was warmly received. I used Kraft Poppyseed Dressing and omitted the chicken. The celery gives a good crunch and grapes add a nice sweetness. I only wish it were lower in calories.

Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Rating:
These were a bit of a disappointment for me since they didn't come out looking like the picture. My fruit sank to the bottom to dress them up a bit I put strawberry jam on top of each. People seemed to like them well enough at the dinner party but no one raved and no ate seconds. The recipe was easy enough to follow and like others suggested I didn't pre bake the crust so they were pretty easy to cut.

Easy Lemonade Pie
Rating:
I made this for a dinner party last weekend. It wasn't bad. I would make sure the ice cream is really melted along with the lemonade this will make it very easy to blend. Also if I make it again I am going to use low fat frozen yogurt rather ice cream and save a bunch of calories.
