"This is a wonderful recipe. I have a question though. Has anyone tried using plain bread crumbs and then adding spice or whatnot to tailor them to other cuisine, such as Chinese, or Swiss? Thanks :)"

Wild Rice and Turkey Casserole
"So easy to throw together but make sure you have time to wait for it to bake. I found even after 25 additional minutes the extra liquid was more than I would have liked. It did thicken up a bit as it cooled. The only seasoning is from whatever you used on your turkey or other meat and the packet from the wild rice mix. So if you use just bulk wild rice you might find it pretty bland. I made my with leftover rotisserie chicken and Rice a Roni wild rice and it came out very tasty. Will definitely make again and try using chicken and herb soup instead of mushroom, and perhaps adding mushroom pieces and peas. It's a perfect casserole to customize! :)"
