" I have made these using chocolate chip cookies, they are delicious! I also make my chocolate topping using 1 bag 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips, 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla concentrate. Heat all in a saucepan until melted, stirring continually. Can't wait to try it with the cocoa cookies."

I have made these using chocolate chip cookies, they are delicious!
