Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie Delicious, everyone loved it! So these are my unintentional changes, apparently I doubled on the cheddar because I used a cup which is 8 oz not 4 as stated, 4 oz is half a cup. I also used 3 eggs because I originally found this recipe on a gluten free recipe and just made it with regular Bisquick. Now, my intentional changes, I used red onion instead, chopped tomato and seasoned the meat with different spices I thought would go good in it, I even used some chili powder and cajun seasoning. I also added some bacon bits (bacon cheeseburger kinda thing)and it turned out great, even with the unintentional changes it was still very good. I will definitely make it again and maybe add some chives next time.
