Red Beans and Rice (Makeover)
"This is really good, I am impressed. I am throwing the rest into the slow cooker so we can grub on it for the next couple days. I made a lot."

Chocolate Chip Brownie Torte
"It's good, nothing remarkable. I had to bake the brownie part twice because the wax paper stuck to the first batch really bad. It stuck to the second batch as well but I was able to pull it off in a billion pieces, what a hassle! Overall product is appealing and the taste it good. If I make this again I will not be using the wax paper."

Easy Grilled Vegetables
"I omitted the Italian dressing as I do not think it dresses up anything but actually messes it up. It's a dressing that masks wonderful flavors and I was not about to put this on our grilled veggies. Great dish otherwise. Instead of the Italian dressing we used a little chipotle powder and olive oil."

Creamy Coleslaw
"I finely chopped everything rather than shredding because I like a chunkier slaw. This was divine and received rave reviews from the neighbors and fam. Perfect side for the 4th of July. We WILL be making this again for future cookouts."
