Fluffy Key Lime Pie
Has anyone made this and not used the whipped topping? As I was mixing the key lime juice and milk, I thought it tasted good even without the whipped topping. Would this set up well and the taste not be too overpowering?

Firecracker Red White and Blue Cake
This cake was very easy to make and looked beautiful after it was finished. The only problem is that to get deep red and blue colors, you need to use a lot of food coloring. Mine turned out light pink and blue, which would be perfect for a baby shower.

Lemon Cheesecake Bars
These were amazing! I used the lemon cake mix, and it was perfect. The bars were creamy on top and chewy on the bottom. (but not too chewy) I only wish I had more of the frosting for the top to make it thicker, but it was still enough to spread over the bars. They taste even better the next day. If kept in the fridge they are great, but if you carry them to a funtion as I did, they don't taste as yummy when they reach room temp. Not sure if they should be kept out of the fridge long.
