"Very tasty recipe. But I didn't use the salt because I'm on a low-sodium diet and I used sugar-free orange marmalade instead of the regular. I will make this again and again and again."

"When I made it the first time, I found that it needed something to spice it up. Being on a low-sodium diet, I had to be careful what I added. So I added 1/2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice and it tasted much better the 2nd time I made it. There is zero sodium in this spice and it can be used in other recipes too."

"Hi Chicagosinger: Did you ever get your crockpot? The advantage to having one, is that while you are gone either to work, shopping or visiting, your meal is cooking and not burning in the pot or sticking to the bottom of the cast iron pot. I gave away"

Because there are only two of us, I cut the recipe in half, except for the marinade. I put the tenderloin into a zip-lock bag and poured the marinade in and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then I put the tenderloin a 8x8" corning ware pan, poured the marminade over the tenderloin and baked it in a 350 deg F oven for 25 minutes. Then I brushed it with plum jam and baked an additional 5 minutes. I didn't use the plums as we don't care for cooked plums. We eat alot of pork tenderloin, so I'm always looking for more recipes for it. This is a KEEPER for sure!!!

I didn't have an ranch or french salad dressing on hand, so I used a homemade version of Catalina dressing instead. It was very good and I'll be making it again and again.

This bread was so moist and delicous. The 2nd time I made it, I used colby-jack cheese as I didn have mozzarella cheese on hand. I put the batter into 6 mini loaves and baked it for 30 minutes. You can also make the batter into muffins and bake it for 27 minutes. With just 2 of us at home, it was easier to use the mini loaves or muffins and freeze the balance for future use or give as gifts. Thanks for this great recipe!!!!

This recipe was delicious and didn't last long. However, my son and daughter-in-law are diabetic - so I made it for them using Splenda for Baking in place of the sugar. There was no difference in texture nor taste. Thanks for this great recipe.
