Spicy Taco Salad Was wanting something different an this caught my eye, however I was not sure if a pasta would be so tasty with lettuce... I was very wrong and am so glad I decided to take a chance and make this recipe.. It can be somewhat bland but just add some salsa to the mix and Wah-Lah. My 8 yr old daughter thinks if it looks funny it tastes nasty so I already beleived she wouldnt eat it, but to my surprise she didnt say anything, just tried it and ended up eating every bit and still wanted seconds. The family will not quit bugging me to make this again and again. It will definately become a stationary in our family menu of meals.
