I cant believe NO ONE else rated this. Its a classic PERFECT dish for an appetizer or dinner, with a salad. I tweaked it a little. I added one shredded carrot, and a BIG handful of fresh chopped spinach. Instead of the seasonings, I used 2 teaspoons of the pampered chef rosemary spice. I omitted the garlic. its divine. enjoy.

I doubled the amount of honey and made this into a loaf. It baked for 40 minutes at 350. It was really good, especially drizzled with honey. Its not bready, its biscuity- the texture is a little more coarse than I was expecting but otherwise it was a healthy alternative to junk cereals.
